Greetings to you from the Michael Moses Campaign in Cariboo-Chilcotin!

We have been making great progress, and the election is in less than six weeks. Here are some updates.

In today’s email:

  • Dinner with Michael in Williams Lake this week!

  • Less than two weeks until the writ drops and the election starts.

Burgers n Beer with Michael Moses in Williams Lake:

We’re having dinner with Michael this Thursday, September 12th! It’ll be at Oliver Street Bar and Grill and last from 4pm until 8pm, so show up anytime in that window and join us to meet up with our incredible BCNDP Cariboo-Chilcotin candidate, Michael Moses!

Please invite your friends and family, and anyone you think might support our cause of electing Michael into a government that’s on your side.

Have dinner and learn firsthand from Michael how he and the BCNDP team will act for you and what exactly John Rustad puts at risk through cuts, costs, and cancellations.

It is a perfect opportunity to discuss your questions and concerns, show support, and have a great time with friends and fellow supporters!

Dinner will be $25 + tax + tip for a Burger and a drink!

It’s now just under two weeks until the writ drops and the election begins! We’ve already been working intensely to ensure you have a government that is on your side, but we really need to be firing on all cylinders when the election is officially announced.

Can you help us win this election?

  • Donations. Look at your budget and decide how much you can afford toward your allowable donation amount of $1480 for 2024.

  • Volunteer to make phone calls -- requesting donations, looking for volunteers, finding sign locations, and letting people know about special events.

  • Volunteer to doorknock with Michael and the team. We have beautiful orange T-shirts to wear, and we’ll provide all the training you need. Don’t worry if you’re shy, Michael can do all the talking while you record information.

  • Offer to staff the campaign office one day a week.

  • Study our handy sign manual, then help install large road signs throughout the riding from early to mid-September.

  • Invite Michael to a coffee party or potluck at your home and encourage your neighbours to meet him.

  • Once the campaign office opens, help to coordinate one-pot suppers and other goodies for the canvassers.
