Help Us Win This Election!

Greetings to you from the Michael Moses Campaign in Cariboo-Chilcotin!

We have been working steadily over the past months to develop a winning team and to get all our ducks 🦆🦆🦆in a row for the official election period on September 21.

In today’s email:

  • What we’ve been doing.

  • How you can help us win this election.

  • Burgers n Beers with Michael Moses in Cache Creek: Thursday, August 15th!

We’ve been firing on all cylinders! Here’s some of what we’ve been up to:

We’ve been fundraising like crazy and have half of what we need in our campaign account.

We’ve ordered lawn signs and road signs.

We’ve ordered our first brochure.

We finalized an agreement for an office space in Williams Lake, though we’re still searching for an available space in 100 Mile.

Michael has been out and about at “millions” of community events all over the riding, meeting voters and having important conversations.

Our canvassing team has been knocking on doors in Williams Lake. As soon as we can confirm volunteers in 100 Mile and in other communities, we’ll be knocking on doors there, too!

And our communications team has been working closely with Michael to get our BC NDP messages out through social media posts across the riding and the province.

You can help us win this election!

And here is how:

  • Donate, donate, donate. Look at your own budget and decide when you can maximize your allowable amount of $1480 for 2024. We have 9 weeks to go before the election.

  • Volunteer to make phone calls -- requesting donations, looking for volunteers, finding sign locations, and letting people know about special events.

  • Volunteer to doorknock with Michael and the team. We have beautiful orange T-shirts to wear, and we’ll provide all the training you need.

  • Drive Michael to and from canvassing shifts and special events.

  • Offer to staff a table at an event.

  • Lending tables, chairs, and other equipment (we’ll send out a list) can help set up our campaign office.

  • Offer to staff the campaign office one day a week.

  • Study our handy sign manual, then help install large road signs throughout the riding from early to mid-September.

  • Monitor those signs and be ready to repair weather and other damage throughout the campaign.

  • Learn how to access lawn sign requests and deliver signs to those homes throughout the campaign.

  • Invite Michael to a coffee party or potluck at your home and encourage your neighbours to meet him.

  • Once the campaign office opens, help to coordinate one-pot suppers and other goodies for the canvassers.

  • Please clear your calendar for the week before October 19, especially that day, to help us with advance polling and election-day tasks.

  • And you can also clear your calendar for the week immediately following October 19 so that you can pick up lawn and road signs and help clean up the office(s).

If you can help with ANY of these campaign jobs, please email us at:

There’s much more to do, and you can count on Michael Moses and David Eby to fight for what matters to people.

Burgers n Beer with Michael Moses in Cache Creek:

Finally, if you can attend our fundraiser in Cache Creek this coming Thursday at 6 pm, or if you’d like to donate so someone else can attend, please purchase tickets in advance at:

I hope to meet you all somewhere soon on the campaign trail!
This is an exciting and hopeful time for all of us.
